In December 2023, my business partner acquired my ownership interest in Full Scale. When I left, the company had over 300 employees and 8-figure revenue, and had made the Inc. 500 twice.

Early career
Worked in the music business, from selling pianos to reselling tickets, before turning to software.
2009
Launched his first company from a spare bedroom with an AmEx card that had an $8,000 limit, and grew it into a million-dollar business.

Built GigaBook, a cloud-based scheduling and booking platform for small and mid-sized businesses.
2017
Published two books through Realist Books, one on building a business and one on building a balanced life.

Launched the podcast in December 2017 to tell the real story of entrepreneurship, and appeared on 800+ episodes.

Cofounded Full Scale with Matt Watson to help software companies build teams of developers, testers, and leaders.
